| Yeah, so I'm at Blake's house. And I have some bad news:
John Paul and the Clergy are no more.
I'm kind of glad though because of the fact that they weren't a christian band (a vague term for a vague phrase but I mean like doing actual praise stuff, which I am into.). Like, all they were striving for was music, but I was striving more for pleasing god. And yes, you can do that with music, but I just wanted to show the world my gratitude, y'know? anywho, that's all done now and I'm glad, yet again, because I can turn my focus to my worship team now instead.
On another note, I'm doing absolutely fantastic and I love going up to PV field hockey, football and soccer games to hang out with dek, beth and jason for a coupla nights outta the week. And, fortunately, I'm getting my priorities straight. I know now that I can't do every single thing there is in the world, so I'm cutting down on pretty much every single band activity that there is(except for band and marching band). Also, I'm not doing any extra-curricular activities besides musical this year and I only work saturdays at the d-way. It's just giving me more time with God and more time just getting myself straight (and more time for certain people) so yeah, things are going pretty well.
Yeah, so "DOOM" comes out next week. I am so pumped. If there ever was a movie made just for video game geeks, it'd be this particular one. It's amazing. FPS camera work in a movie? can we say love at first site? Yes....we most certianly can. (audience chants "love at first site?") Yeah...another bond to be forged between my brothers and I.
Yeah...I really enjoy where I'm at with relationships right now. friend based and emotional ones and I'm getting better with witnessing to people and such. Like, the other day, Mr. Lauletta and I definitely witnessed to an unsaved person. I didn't like how he shoved the "Absolute Truth" that you need to believe in or else you're going to hell, but it was awesome to see him in action with STUDENTS in a PUBLIC SCHOOL. How awesome would it be to have these people, on a regular basis, ask this guy about Christ...or ask me for that matter? I mean, I explained the whole thing on how God is more concerned with a relationship with you than he is with how much you sin. He just loves you passionately. I think I sparked something in the girl's head when I said that to her. I did the coffee shop analogy (for those who are interested, just ask me and I'll tell you about it) and she was just like blown away by it...or so her facial expression said. I dunno...It felt really awesome to know that God put her there in that exact moment yesterday. Who knows...maybe I am supposed to be a pastor...?
Anywho, I'm sorry I don't comment or talk to you guys. I love you...seriously.
